Summary

• The Data Entry Officer will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases and systems.
• Verify data accuracy and correct any errors identified.
• Organize and manage digital files and documents.
• Generate reports as required by management.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.
• Assist with administrative and record-keeping tasks.
• Retrieve information from databases when requested.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and other data management tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related role is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Reliable internet connection and computer access (for remote applicants).
